VIE: Explanation for audit exception and information disclosure time

VITECO VNPT., JSC explains the audit exception “Due to the extended contract term, most of the import contracts was not balanced, therefore we could not define the effect of the prepaids to the FS” and information disclosure time as follows:

The reason was because VITECO only imported the equipments and the construction was done by other units and by the hand over time, the construction was not completed.

About the information disclosure time:

Because the recent time, the managers of the company went for business trips so the information disclosure time was late.
