2.       Name of owner: Gia Lai Cane Sugar Thermoelectricity Joint Stock Company

3.       Charter capital: VND130,000,000,000 (Gia Lai Cane Sugar Thermoelectricity Joint Stock Company contributed 100% of the charter capital).

4.       Legal representative: Mr. Ho Dac Dung
