VINGROUP Joint Stock Company has set up a subsidiary as follows:

1.       Name of the subsidiary: Ha Thanh Urban Infrastructure Real Estate and Development Limited Company.

-         Address: No.7, Bang Lang 1 Street, Sinh Thai Vincom Village Urban Area, Viet Hung Ward, Long Bien District, Ha Noi City.

2.       Charter capital: VND6,000,000,000 (VINGROUP Joint Stock Company contributed 100% of the charter capital).
