VIE: Explanation for audit exception

VITECO VNPT., JSC explains the audit exception “Due to the extended contract term, most of the import contracts was not balanced, therefore we could not define the effect of the prepaids to the FS” as follows:

The reason was because VITECO only imported the equipments and the construction was done by other units and by the hand over time, the construction was not completed.
