Joint Stock Company announced explanation for audit exception of overdue payment
of VND 86 billion and notice of continuous operation capability of auditing
company in FS of first 06 months of 2013 as follows:
Due to financial crisis
and difficulties of the economy, although debtors were mainly state
enterprises, receivables were still high and overdue of more than 1 year so it
influenced payment ability and management of currency flow, which led to
continuous operation capability of the Company.
Solutions:
- The Company actively
used methods to revoke receivables and encouraged to collect money of following
periods.
- Currently, the Company
signed a new construction contract with Hoang Chau Co., ltd with value of VND
60.598 billion and prepared to tender and sign some other construction
contracts.
- The Company was actively
negotiating with credit organizations to restructure medium, short-term debts
to reduce pressure of short-term currency flow.
- The Company was
fastening liquidation of assets, lands to supplement currency flow, maintain
stability of production-business operation.
