SII: Resolution of EGM

Sai Gon Water Infrastructure Corporation announced the resolution of the extraordinary general shareholders’ meeting (EGM) on November 15, 2013:

Article 1: EGM approved deposit and list 18,370,000 new shares at the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) and on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) respectively.

Article 2: EGM approved the new share issuance plan via private placement as suggested.

Article 3: The EGM approved to appoint Nguyen Hong Son as member of the Board of Directors.
