OGC: Resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders

Ocean Group Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the general meeting of shareholders, which was adopted in the form of consulting shareholders in writing, as follows:

Article 1: To approve additional business lines:

Article 2: To approve the adjustment to the holding rate of shareholder VNT Co., Ltd. from 11.09% charter capital (or 33,270,000 shares) to 1.49% charter capital (of 4,461,010 shares).

Article 3: To approve the adjustment to the Company’s consolidated business targets for 2013:
