Hoa Binh Mineral JSC announces that the 2nd Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2013 of the Company, which was going to be on 18/11/2013, did not take place as planned because participants were 02 representing 13,600 shares (0.22% of voting rights which is less than 65% as required).
