NKG: The BOD assigns tasks to board members

On November 19, 2013, the Board of Directors of Nam Kim Steel Joint Stock Company held a meeting and unanimously decided not to establish sub-boards for the Board of Directors. However, the Board of Directors assigned tasks to two board members as follows:

-         Mr. Nguyen Hung Quoc: responsible for salary, bonus and human resources;

-         Ms. Tran Uyen Nhan: responsible for investment and development.
