HOM: Personnel change

On 12/11/2013, Vicem Hoang Mai Cement Joint Stock Company announced personnel change as follows:

- Mr. Nguyen Truong Giang was dismissed from Member of BOD, General Manager to move to Vicem Cement Technology Institute from 12/11/2013.

- Mr. Truong Quoc Huy was appointed to be Member of BOD, General Manager from 12/11/2013.

- Mr. Tran Minh Son was dismissed from Chief Accountant and Mr. Phan Xuan Mai was dismissed from Manager of Mine Exploitation Enterprise – branch of Vicem Hoang Mai Cement Joint Stock Company from 11/11/2013.

- Ms. Dau Thi Nga – Deputy Manager of Dept. of Finance-Accounting was assigned to take charge of Dept. of Finance-Accounting from 11/11/2013.

- Mr. Le Thanh Phuong – Deputy Manager of Mine Exploitation Enterprise was assigned to take charge of Mine Exploitation Enterprise from 11/11/2013.
