NHW: Correction to the record date for extraordinary shareholders’ meeting

Ngo Han Joint Stock Company announced the board resolution dated November 15, 2013 correcting the approval for the second extraordinary shareholders’ meeting of 2013 as follows:

-         Record date: November 28, 2013

-         Content of the meeting: to consult shareholders about delisting NHW stock on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.

-         Meeting time: will be announced in the invitation letters.
