LCD: Change in key members

LILAMA - Electromechanics Testing announced the change in BOD with effect since 31/10/2013 as follows:
- Mr. Nguyen Manh Doan has resigned from Director.
- Mr. Nguyen Van Hung has resigned from Director and no longer Representative of Capital of Vietnam LILAMA Corporation at  LILAMA - Electromechanics Testing.
- Ms. Le Thi Ha has been appointed temporality Director.
- Mr. Nguyen Dinh Bao (Chair of the Board), Mr. Hoang Van Lit (Director cum General Manager) and Ms. Vu Thi Thuy Giang (Director cum Chief Accountant) have been appointed Representatives of of Capital of Vietnam LILAMA Corporation at  LILAMA - Electromechanics Testing with percentages as follows:
+ Mr. Nguyen Dinh Bao is responsible for 21.85% of Charter capital;
+ Mr. Hoang Van Lit is responsible for 20% of Charter capital;
+ Ms. Vu Thi Thuy Giang is responsible for 10% of Charter capital.
