BHV: Personnel change

On 21/10/2013, BOD of Viglacera Ba Hien Joint Stock Company had an extraordinary meeting and decided the contents as follows:
1. BOD agreed the restructure of organizational model, in which Manager and Deputy Manager concurrently took charge of departments to reduce expenses.
2. Restructure machinery, dismiss some titles:
- Dismiss Mr. Do Van Quang from Manager, reason: not finish targets of 9 first months
- Dismiss Mr. Kieu Quang Vinh from Deputy Manager, reason: not finish targets of 9 first months, appoint Mr. Vinh to Dept. of Organization-Administration to wait for arrangement of Manager
- Dismiss Ms. Do Thi Xuan Hoa from Chief Accountant, reason: not finish targets of 9 first months, appoint Ms. Hoa to Dept. of Organization-Administration to wait for arrangement of Manager
- Dismiss Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Duong from Deputy Manager of Dept. of Economy-Finance, reason: not finish targets of 9 first months
- Dismiss Ms. Le Thi Lien from Manager of Dept. of Organization-Administration, reason: not finish targets of 9 first months
- Dismiss Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Hien from Manager of Dept. of Technique, reason: not finish targets of 9 first months
- Dismiss Mr. Nguyen Minh Truong from Manager of Dept. of Sale, reason: not finish targets of 9 first months
- Dismiss Mr. Nguyen The Gia from Manager of Factory, reason: not finish targets of 9 first months
- Dismiss Ms. Nguyen Thi Loan from Deputy Manager of Factory, reason: not finish targets of 9 first months
- Dismiss Mr. Nguyen Van Tan from Foreman of Electromechanic workshop, reason: not finish targets of 9 first months
3. Assign Manager to actively rearrange personnel to easily assign and evaluate works.
4. Assign Chairman of BOD to issue dismissal decisions to persons above.
