On 03/10/2013, Lilama 45.4 announced the board resolution as follows:

Article 1:  

1. Approve estimating busines activities in 3^rd quarter 2013

+ Output value: 3^rd quarter = 112.9 billion Dong      Accumulated of 9 months = 327.0 billion Dong

+ Revenue value: 3^rd quarter = 42.9 billion Dong    Accumulated of 9 months = 121.5 billion Dong

+ Profit value: 3^rd quarter = 0.25 billion Dong          Accumulated of 9 months = 2.3 billion Dong

2. Approve 4^th quarter business plan:

+ Output value = 139.5 billion Dong

+ Revenue value = 138.5 billion Dong

+ Profit value = 2.0 billion Dong

3. Review, amend, adjust and issue company operation's regulations in accordance with institution.

4. BOD has to completed company operation structure & job planning from Company to units in accordance with exist production situation.

Article 2:  Chairman of Board assign General Director, heads of departments, unit, and related persons to implement this resolution

Article 3:  This resolution goes into effect on the date of signature
