participate in extraordinary AGM 2013.

- Approve plan of issuing
award shares according to program for employees in 2013
- Approve plan of issuing
shares according to program for employees in following years
- Approve plan of
increasing charter capital by offering shares to existing shareholders
- Approve plan of
increasing charter capital by offering privately to strategic partners.
4. Condition: shareholders holding shares until 23/09/2013
5. Confirmation of participation: Confirming to directly
participate in AGM or authorize others to participate and sending to office of
the Company in Trung Trac commune, Van Lam district, Hung Yen province before
16:00 24/10/2013.
