Becamex Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company announced the board resolution dated November 13, 2013 as follows:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved to consult shareholders about a private placement of bonds:

-          Bond name: Bond of Becamex Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company

-          Bond type: unconvertible corporate bond, secured by assets.

-          Currency unit: VND

-          Par value: VND1,000,000,000.

-          Total offering volume: 1,000 bonds

-          Total offering value: VND1,000,000,000,000.

-          Bond term: 05 years

-          Purpose: total proceeds from the bond offering will be invested in Sunflower project, Prince Town project.

-          Record date: December 05, 2013.

Article 2: The Board of Directors will propose shareholders to authorize the Board to implement the bond offering plan, choose a consulting firm and fulfill relevant procedures.
