PGS: Board resolution

On 29/10/2013, BOD of PetroVietnam Southern Gas Joint Stock Company announced Board resolution with contents as follows:

Article 1. Approve establishment of PV Gas Cylinder Co., ltd on basis of PV Gas Cylinder Joint Stock Company. Assign Manager to direct relevant departments to deploy procedures of establishing PV Gas Cylinder Co., ltd in accordance with current regulation.

Article 2. Personnel:

-         Assign Mr. Vu Van Thuc – Deputy Manager of the Company to concurrently hold title of Chairman of BOD and Manager of PV Gas Cylinder.

-         Assign Mr. Nong Van Tien – Manager of Dept. of Accounting of PV Gas Cylinder Joint Stock Company to hold title of Chief Auditor of PV Gas Cylinder.

-         Assign Mr. Tran Huynh Long – Manager of Dept. of General Accounting of Tay Ninh branch – Saigon Gas Company to hold title of Chief Accountant of PV Gas Cylinder.

-         Assign Mr. Le Xuan Hoa – Deputy Manager of Can Tho branch to hold title of Deputy Manager in charge of Can Tho branch.
