Huu Lien Asia Corporation announced the Board Resolution dated November 07, 2013:

-         The BOD approved for Huu Lien Asia Corporation to withdraw capital in Huu Lien Steel Co., Ltd. and Minh Huu Lien Joint Stock Company at a transfer price not less than VND10,000.
