Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 08/05/2013. The following
resolutions were approved:

- Profit: VND 24.2 billion
- Dividend payment rate: 10%
b. Plan of 2013
- Total operating value: VND 160 billion
- Profit: VND 25 billion
- Dividend payment rate: 10%

7. Mr. Bui Vi Duong and Mr. Pham Quoc Thai have
been appointed members of Supervisory Board in places of Mr. Dong Hung Son and
Mr. Duong Kim Ngoc.
