- Deffered income tax: VND 25,981,652
- Profit after tax: VND 2,734,833,504
2. Profit distribution
- Payables for joint-ventures: VND 32,332,743
- Financial reserve fund: VND 132,844,428
- Welfare and bonus fund; VND 132,844,428
- Dividend payment rate: 10%/share
- Profit after tax: VND 159,169,951
3. Operating and investing plan of 2013
