-         Name of the subsidiary: Ascentro Investment & Trading Joint Stock Company.

-         Address: 81-83-85 Fideco Tower, Ham Nghi Street, Nguyen Thai Binh Ward, District 1, HCM City.

-         Charter capital: VND50,000,000,000 (An Duong Thao Dien Real estate Trading Investment Joint Stock Company contributed 51% of the charter capital).

-         Legal representative: Mr. Duong Quoc Chinh
