DCS: Explanation for audit exception in reviewed semi-annual financial statement

On 05/09/2013, Dai Chau Group Joint Stock Company explained for audit exception as follows:

In the past time, the economic situation has had bad fluctuations causing direct impacts on the operation of the Dai Chau Group JSC, including associated companies. At present the Holding Company has two associated companies: Phu Thuong Investment Joint Stock Company & Xuan Minh SD Thanh Hoa Joint Stock Company. The business lines of two associated companies belong to the list of industries which are seriously impacted now. Thus, two associated companies have cut down cost, including labor cost, looked for new cheap labor source to replace old expensive labor source, so at the time the semi- annual financial statement 2012 must be audited, the associated companies did not send their financial statements to the Company.

Via controlling the operation process, Dai Chau Group JSC commits that the financial statement of Holding Company is not impacted although the associated companies have not sent their financial statements yet.
