HMH: Explanation for audit exception in reviewed semi-annual financial statement

On 03/09/2013, Hai Minh Corporation explained for audit exception as follows:

Audit exception: Hai Minh Corporation has used the data of the subsidiary (Hoang Nam Co., Ltd) to make consolidated FS which has been not reviewed by one independent auditor.

Explanation:

Hoang Nam Co., Ltd is in the process of handling procedures for dissolution (In fact, Hoang Nam Co., Ltd has stopped its operation since 01/01/2013 so it does not generate revenue) so the unit did not audit the FS as usual.
