AGF: Resolution on additional listing

Angiang Fisheries Import & Export Joint Stock Company (AGIFISH) announced the listing and trading of additional shares on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange:

Article 1: The Board of Directors of AGIFISH approved to register to listing and trading of additional shares. In which: shares of existing shareholders

-         Additional volume: 12,695,162          

Article 2: The Board of Directors authorized CEO to implement necessary procedure.

Article 3: The Board of Directors approved to transfer 100% stake of subsidiary – M&T Seafood’s Corp) in United States, time of implementation in Quarter IV, 2013.

This resolution takes effect from October 25, 2013.
