On October 28, 2013, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Decision No.363/2013/QD-SGDHCM declaring the delisting of stock of Vietnam Blue - Chip Fund (stock code: VFMVF4):

-         Number of fund certificates delisted: 80,646,000 fund certificates

-         Total value: VND806,460,000,000.

-         Effective delisting date: November 27, 2013

Reason: to convert from closed-end fund to open- end fund

-         Last trading date on HOSE: November 26, 2013
