-         Name of the subsidiary in English: Thu Duc House Wood Trading Join Stock Company

-         Short name: TDH Wood Trading

-         Address: 13-15-17 Truong Dinh Street, Ward 6, District 3, HCM City

-         Business line: wholesale wood, processing wood. Wholesale of agricultural and raw materials of forestry, rice, food. Exploiting wood.

2.       Name of owner:

-         Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation: 50%

-         Other investors: 50%
