OGC: Board Resolution on consulting shareholders

Ocean Group Joint Stock Company announced the Board Resolution dated October 23, 2013 as follows:

1.       The Board of Directors approved to add contents on consulting shareholders in writing as follows:

-         Adjustment of consolidated business plan for 2013:

2.       The Board of Directors authorized the BOD Chairperson to fulfill necessary procedures.

3.       This resolution takes effect from October 23, 2013.
