Article 1: Approving the plan to buy shares of Pha Lai Thermal Power Joint Stock Company as follows:

-         Number of shares to buy additional: 1,700,000 shares

-         Expected buying prices: maximum VND15,000/share

-         Total value: VND25,500,000,000

-         Purpose: strategic investment

-         Trading time: within 30 days after qualifying of transaction.

-         Trading method: order matching of put though.

Article 2: Authorizing to CEO and Deputy CEO to implement necessary procedure.

Article 3: This resolution takes effect as from October 02, 2013.
