-         Name of the subsidiary in English: Vietnam Water Investment Corporation

-         Short name: Viwic

-         Business license: 0312491547 was granted by the Department of Planning and Investment of Hochiminh City, effective from October 04, 2013.

-         Name of owner: Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Corporation

-         Charter capital: VND650 Billion (REE contributed 99.97% of the charter capital).

-         Business line: exploitation, process and supply water
