DIG: Sets up Subcommittees of the Board of Directors

Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation announced to set up subcommittees in charge of salary and bonus directly to the Board of Directors as follows:

+         Ms. Phan Thi Mai Huong – Head

+         Mr. Le Minh Tuan – member

+         Mr. Nguyen Quang Tin – member

+         Mr. Hoang Van Tang – member

+         Mr. Hoang Duy Thinh – member

The Subcommittee will advise, suggest, support the Board in developing, implementing plans and policies for salary and bonuses; at least twice a year evaluate the scale and structure of salary, bonuses and other benefits for the management, executive boards and suggest possible changes, among other tasks.
