SBT: The record date for seeking shareholders’ approval

On October 11, 2013, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.892/2013/TB-SGDHCM on the record date of Société De Bourbon Tay Ninh as follows:

-         Ex-right date: October 21, 2013

-         Record date: October 23, 2013

-         Purpose: to seek shareholders’ approval for: ““Extend the authorization of the Board to choose a new company name and implement the procedures relating to the change of company name until finishing the change.”

-         Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

-         Time of implementation: from October 28, 2013 to November 15, 2013

-         Place: Société De Bourbon Tay Ninh (Tan Hung commune, Tan Chau district, Tay Ninh province).
