Viet Nam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company (VINAMILK) reported the change in the number of outstanding shares as follows:

-         Before treasury share purchase:

+         Number of outstanding voting shares: 833,475,741 shares

+         Number of treasury shares: 480,055 shares

-         Number of ESOP shares withdrawn: 760 shares

+         Reason: to withdraw ESOP shares from the former employees.

-         After treasury share purchase:

+         Number of outstanding voting shares: 833,474,981 shares

+         Number of treasury shares: 480,815 shares.
