Société De Bourbon Tay Ninh announced Board Resolution dated October 08, 2013 as follows:

-         The Board of Directors approved to consult shareholders about contents as follows:

+         Approval the amendment to Item I, Article 26 of the Company’s charter.

+         Increasing volume of member of the BOD from 05 members to 06 members.

+         Extend authorization for the BOD to choose new name of the firm.
