CII: Announcement of ownership change in a subsidiary

On October 08, 2013, Sai Gon Water Infrastructure Corporation (SII) finished the private placement of 18,370,000 SII shares at VND16,900/share and gained VND310,453,000,000. Therefore, SII’s charter capital after the private placement increased from VND400 billion to VND583.7 billion. With the completion of the sale of shares above, the ownership ratio of Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII) in SII decreased from 51% to 34.95%. So, CII registered to buy 5,406,400 SII shares publicly. If the purchase is successful, the ownership ratio of CII in SII will rise to 44.21%.
