-         Profit after tax in Quarter 1/2013 (VND2,374,582,274) was higher than in Quarter 1/2012  (VND1,024,165,405) because of the fluctuation in revenue from real estate in Quarter 2/2013:

+         Revenue from trading real estate in Quarter 1/2013 increased VND7,611,442,886 compared to in Quarter 1/2012.

+         Financial income in Quarter 2/2013 increased VND558,425,001 compared to in Quarter 1/2012.

+         In quarter 1/2013, revenue from withdrawal of capital from Au Lac
