HTL: The record date for consulting shareholders

On September 23, 2013, HOSE announces the record date to close the shareholder list of Truong Long Engineering And Auto Joint Stock Company:

-         Stock symbol: HTL

-         Ex-right date: October 01, 2013

-         Record date: October 03, 2013

-         Purpose: to consult shareholders.  

-         Time of implementation: from October 11, 2013 to October 25, 2013

-         Contents:

+         Shareholders are allowed to transfer HTL shares to other shareholders leading to ownership of over 25% of total outstanding shares with voting rights without going through the procedures for public offer in accordance with current regulations.

+         Investment in 3S Hino Centre - Da Nang branch in Da Nang. The BOD is assigned to decide on the level of investment in 3S Hino Centre Danang, but the budget does not exceed 20% of charter capital of the Company.
