NLG: Announcement of a private placement

Nam Long Investment Corporation announced the board resolution dated September 16, 2013:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved a private placement to raise funds as follows:

-         Par value: VND10,000/share

-         Stock type: common stock

-         Estimated issue volume: (maximum) 25,500,000 shares

-         Total issue value: VND460 billion

-         Issue price: VND18,000 – VND22,000/share

-         Issue time: in Quarter 4/2013.

Article 2: The Board of Directors will hold an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting to seek shareholders’ approval for the private placement.
