-         Purpose:           to implement the first dividend advance of 2013 in cash. 

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 25% (VND2,500/share)

-         Payment date:  October 30, 2013

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: Finance and Accounting Department of Petrovietnam Fertilizer And Chemicals Corporation on the working days from October 30, 2013.
