-         Ex-right date:    September 27, 2013    

-         Record date:    October 01, 2013

-         Purpose:           to implement the first dividend advance of 2013 in cash. 

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 10% (VND1,000/share)

-         Payment date:  October 22, 2013

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Petrovietnam General Services Corporation - 6th Floor, PetroVietNam Building, No. 1-5 Le Duan St., Ben Nghe Ward, Dist.1, HCM City from October 22, 2013, and please submit ID cards.
