-           Approving the resignation of Mr. Abhishek Sharma as Director of Risk Managing Block

-           The Strategy Building Block and the Risk Managing Block have been merged together into Strategy and Risk Managing Block

-           Appointing Ms. Than Hien Anh, Director of Strategy Building Block as Director of Strategy and Risk Managing Block.
