Thang Long Wine JSC announces the Board Resolution approved on 01/07/2013 as follows:

-         Approving the issues for a ballot:

+ Offering Hanoi Trade Corporation to acts as guarantee for Thang Long Wine JSC according to the principles stipulated by the Ministry of Finance.

+ Guaranty limits is proportional to the Company's equity at Thang Long Wine JSC (40%), equalling VND10,800,000,000

-         Exercise date: in third quarter 2013

-         The documents to submit shareholders for a ballot:

+ Letter of representation of the BOD

+ Ballot

+ Draft resolution
