APC: Board Resolution No.02

An Phu Irradiation Joint - Stock Company announced Board Resolution No.02 dated August 03, 2013 as follows:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved the income report of the first 06 months of 2013 based on the consolidated financial statements.

-          Total revenue: VND 38,507,534,208

-          Profit before tax: VND 5,521,673,360

-          Profit after tax: VND 3,278,101,468

Article 2: The Board of Directors approved to resign member of the Board of Supervisors of Ms. Nguyen Dung Hanh.

Article 3: The Board of Directors approved the internal regulation of corporate governance.

Article 4: This resolution takes effect as from August 03, 2013.
