TRA: Board Resolution Jul 25

Traphaco Joint Stock Company announced the Board Resolution dated July 25, 2013 as follows:

Article 1: Approving the plan to deal with fractional shares:

• Bonus shares: the number of fractional shares (if any) is 81 shares will be cancelled.
• Offering shares: the number of fractional shares and undistributed shares of 13,540 shares will be distributed to Ms. Bui Thi Luu at VND20,000/shares.

Article 2: This resolution takes effect as from July 25, 2013.
