SD5: Explanation for audit opinion
(04/04/2013) Song Da No. 5 JSC explained the audit opinion as follows:
In July 2012, the subsidiary (Song Da No.5 construction investment and power development JSC) launched Song Chay No.5 hydroelectricity company to generate electricity. However, the factory has been on the process of completing discharge canal and getting expenses arising. Thus, as of 31/12/2012, the company did not record the increase in fixed assets. However, from July 2012, as revenue arising, the company recorded expenses of VND4,726,666,668 in the period to define profit, while considering Accounts payable in the Balance Sheet.
