KDH: Khadihouse transfers 24.9 percent stake in Khu Dong Co.

Khang Dien House Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company (Khadihouse JSC) has completed the transfer of VND69,720,000,000 or 24.9% stake in Khu Dong Real Estate Investment and Trading Co., Ltd. (*). Therefore, the holding ratio of Khadihouse JSC in Khu Dong Company decreased from 54.9% to 30%. (*) The company name is translated temporarily.
