Kinh Do Corporation announced Board Resolution on interim the second dividend payment of 2012 as follows:

Article 1: The Board of Directors of Kinh Do Corporation unanimously approved to make the second dividend payment of 2012 at a ratio of 10 percent (equivalent to VND1,000/share)

Article 2: Ex-right date: August 16, 2013

Article 3: Payment date: September 18, 2013.
