On July 29, 2013, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) had Official Document No.1201/2013/SGDHCM-NY to remind Vicem Hai Van Cement Joint Stock Company to submit late disclosure on setting up a Branch and issuing new shares to existing shareholders.
