On August 15, 2013, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) had Official Document No.1303/2013/SGDHCM-NY to remind The Southern Rubber Industry Joint Stock Company to submit late disclosure on signing auditing contract with Southern Auditing and Accounting Financial Consulting Services Company Limited (AASCS).
