ECC: ECC elects new BOD Chairman

Pursuant to Resolution No.02/NQ-DHDCD/2013 of the 2013 extraordinary shareholders' meeting and the minutes of the Board Meeting of EUROCAPITAL Securities Company (ECC) disclosed the election of BOD Chairman as follows:

-         Ms. Ngo Thi Hong Anh resigned as a member of the Board of Directors.

-         Mr. Nguyen Quang Anh was elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors, effective from July 25, 2013.
