SBT: Board resolution No. 45

Suciété De Bourbon Tay Ninh announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated July 20, 2013 as follows:

1.       The Board of Directors approved to adjust the Company’s charter capital:

-         The Board of Directors approved to increase its charter capital after issuing shares for an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) in 2013 by VND65,742,000,00 or 6,574,200 shares with par value VND10,000/share.

-         The Board of Directors approved to adjust the company’s charter with new charter capital of VND1,485,000,000,000.

2.      The Board of Directors approved to deposit at the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) and list new 6,574,200 shares on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) in Quarter 3.2013.
